nesvor

nesvor has a range of subcommands to perform preprocessing, slice-to-volume reconstruction, and analysis. See the corresponding pages for details.

Command	Description
reconstruct	slice-to-volume reconstruction using NeSVoR
sample-volume	sample a volume from a trained NeSVoR model
sample-slices	sample slices from a trained NeSVoR model
register	(rigid) motion correction with SVoRT or stack-to-stack registration
segment-stack	2D fetal brain masking of input stacks
correct-bias-field	bias field correction using the N4 algorithm
assess	quality assessment of input stacks
svr	classical slice-to-volume registration/reconstruction
